We had our hot tub suddenly stop working after 19 years of basically being trouble-free, so I was fully expecting this to turn into an expensive nightmare.

Instead, we found 5 Star Hot Tubs. Ryan came out, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, knew what part we needed, and within a week everything was fixed and running again. The actual repair was done quickly and the price was extremely reasonable, especially compared with what I was afraid a 19-year-old hot tub repair was going to cost us. That repair even took care of a leak that we didn’t know we had. Have you ever seen 19 year-old gaskets? I’ll tell you, they don’t look like gaskets anymore.

It is so refreshing to find a company that is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and doesn’t try to turn a repair into something bigger than it needs to be. We will absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Ryan was fantastic, from calling to give me his arrival time to how he diagnosed the issue of my 10+ year old hot tub, everything about him and this company are top notch. Within minutes of doing a leak test he was able to find the leak, give me an honest assessment of both the problem (blown out manifold) and the possible cost of repair. The quote he provided was very reasonable for the amount of work required. He detailed the repair process in what needed to be done and amount of time it would take. I highly recommend 5 Star Hot Tubs if you are having issues, they are the real deal.

Ryan is the absolute best on Long Island. I have dealt with many people in various industries, but very few match the expertise of Ryan. He was able to quickly diagnose two leaks on my hot tub. Fixed my fountain which had a big leak. Also rebuilt a proprietary part. Im so happy my Hot Tub is up and running again!!! Thanks so much Ryan!! Highly recommended!!! As Ryan and I say, great to see you again. See you soon, but hopefully not too soon! Great job Ryan!
